Carlos Baez is a dynamic American-Venezuelan artist based in the vibrant Miami Metropolitan area. A self-taught painter, graphic designer, and writer, Carlos's artistic journey is as multifaceted as his talents. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, initially embarking on a career as an engineer in the oil and construction industry. As the creator and founder of CyberHollywood, Carlos began sharing his insights through blogs that explored celebrity news and entertainment, further expanding his creative horizons with a line of uniquely designed t-shirts through D-Lip. His work as a freelance graphic designer has allowed him to collaborate with renowned brands like Budweiser, AT&T, and Samsung, where he aims not just to inform but to captivate consumers through visual storytelling.
Carlos co-wrote, illustrated, and published a bilingual children’s book series titled "Einsteino the Mouse," showcasing his versatility and commitment to engaging young readers. While he painted oil landscapes in his youth, Carlos has now evolved into a contemporary artist, embracing modern abstract techniques, sculptures, mixed media materials, and acrylics. His journey reflects a full-circle return to his artistic roots, where he channels his experiences and creativity into compelling works of art that resonate with audiences.
